The final Budget Analysis Report for 2025 is now posted.  You will find it under the Members pull-down.  A surplus of $16k is being shown.  $5k is being reserved to cover 2024's deficit, $8k is being allocated for the Pool Bush upgrade, with the remaining portion being saved to increase our checking account reserve.
