Board Meeting - Approve Budget from Property MGR

A Board Meeting has been set for
November 26th at 7pm to approve the 2024 Budget compiled by our Property Manager. This budget includes the Line Item "Target" costs approved at the Budget Board Meeting held October 29th.

This meeting is open to all condo unit members.
The agenda is as follows:
1. The calling of roll.
2. Proof of due notice of meeting.
3. Reading and disposal of any unapproved minutes.
4. Open Floor Discussion (limited to 3 minutes per member)
5. Reports of officers and committees.
6. Unfinished business.
7. New business.
a. Approve the PM budget.
b. Discussion on soliciting Board members for 2024.
c. Annual Meeting schedule
d. Any other items brought up by the membership. Please limit discussions to 5 minutes per topic.
If you have specific details to review,
please send them ahead of the meeting to the president for inclusion on the Agenda.
