Board of Director Elections

Hello Condo Owners,
It’s that time of the year to begin soliciting requests to run for the St. James Condo Board of Directors (BOD). The BOD is made up of 3 directors and these seats are up for re-election every year.
Our new By-Laws, passed and recorded, now allow for electronic transmission of election materials. This is done by e-mail and our Website. Some of you have signed the “Electronic Permission Form” to forgo having to receive these materials via postal mail. If you did not sign and return this form, you will receive materials in your mailbox.

Please note that letters of intent to run for the BOD has a deadline of December 18th.
