1.  Stone path from our parking lot to the garbage/recycling area has been repaired and straightened.   Thanks Steve for making this happen.  

 

2.  Lights within the pool area have been upgraded.  5 new fixtures with LED lights (on timers) have been installed.   Thanks to Steve, Mary and Tony for their efforts.
 
3.   New pool door brackets have been replaced that allows the gate to close properly.   Thanks Mike.
 
4.   New garden hoses and shutoffs have been upgraded around the pool area.  Thanks Steve/Mary/Toni.

 

5.   A new Sump Pump has been installed in the Pump/Filter Room (underground).  It is also direct wired to the breaker in the room.   Thanks Steve.

 

6.   A backup sump pump has been added to the pool room.  This has been added to help prevent flooding in the event that our prime sump pump does not kick on properly.   Thanks Mike.

 

7.   Tiles have been replaced near the entrance of 102 and 201.  Thanks Mike.

 

8.   Umbrella in pool area replaced - damaged during storm week of April 10.
