The next St. James Condos Board of Directors Meeting has been set for Monday April 22nd, 2024 at 6pm.   This meeting will be held on-site.  

 

Our lawyer is planning on attending this meeting to explain the process of updating our Declaration to include the new Survey and Floor Plan documents that are a part of the Declaration.
