Welcome to St James Condos !!!   Our complex is located south of Atlantic Blvd in Pompano Beach FLA on the east side of the Inter-coastal (off Ocean Blvd A-1A).  There are 2 buildings on-site, one housing 9 units, the other housing 3 units.  The condos are a mix of owner-occupied and rentals.  There is a shared pool on-site.  We are one short block to the beach, 12 blocks from the Fishing Pier and several restaurants / businesses.
